Can one or both of these two paintings be the real face of Lady Jane Grey?

Top: Many months ago historian Stephan Edwards found a painting he believes to be Jane in her lifetime, read more about it here - The Eworth Painting.

Submitted by Dr. Stephan Edwards - Please Do Not Use.
Bottom: Recently found in a house in Streatham, UK by art deal Christopher Foley (see article links), it is being investigated by the National Portrait Gallery as to whether it is really a painting of Jane done in her life time.
The artist is unknown.
